A unit in a strip shopping center was remodeled into offices for an insurance agency. The space was formerly occupied by a video store, the interior features of which were completely removed and replaced with new construction. The new office provides functional, efficient workspace for customer service, support, sales, and management staff. A conference room for six was created in the rear of the space, along with a coffee bar and new restrooms. A color palette based on corporate branding is combined with contemporary materials such as polished concrete floors, glass office fronts, and a metal mesh ceiling.
